Qualifications Required
A person, other than a person who qualifies as a Full Member, who is:
- A trainee surgeon;
- A registered nurse;
- A scientist; or
A surgeon who resides or principally practices in a place other than Australia or New Zealand.

Qualifications Required
A person who is registered as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) or has a qualification which the Committee determines generally or in relation to that person, is equivalent to registration as a FRACS and who works in Australia or New Zealand.
